Massage Services
Our licensed massage therapists offer a wide range of massage options, including sports massage, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, and more.

Sauna
Our infrared sauna can comfortably seat 2-3 people, or you can reserve the entire space for yourself. Detox, and reset with 15, 30, or 60 min options. We offer single use, or save more by choosing a package.

Add-On Services
Elevate your experience with selective add-on's to customize your recovery. Choose from CBD oils and lotions, aromatherapy, hot stone, and additional time.
